Hey! With Coachella 2025 just around the corner, I’ve been seeing influencers share their packing lists. Items like toilet wipes, eye drops, bandaids, fans, and sunglasses seem to be the top essentials. What do you all think? Are these must-haves or overhyped?

Honestly, I think some of these items are overk**l. I’ve been to Coachella twice, and while sunglasses are a no-brainer, I never found the need for toilet wipes or eye drops. Just stay hydrated and you’ll be fine.

I have to disagree. The desert dust can be brutal. Last year, my eyes were so irritated that I wished I’d brought eye drops. Also, the porta-potties can run out of toilet paper, so having some wipes is a lifesaver

I saw Paris Hilton recommending portable electric fans and sunscreen. She even mentioned bringing comfy ballet flats for all the walking. Makes sense to me

Portable chargers are my top priority. With all the photos and videos, my phone battery drains fast. Can’t imagine being without my phone at Coachella.

I picked up a handheld fan from Amazon last year. It was a game-changer during the midday heat. Just make sure it’s rechargeable

All this talk about packing is making me rethink my list. Any tips on how to carry all these essentials without bringing a huge bag?

Fanny packs or small crossbody bags work well. Just pack the absolute necessities and refill items like water when you’re inside.

Speaking of water, hydration packs are allowed, right? Staying hydrated is crucial in that heat.

Yes, hydration packs are allowed as long as they’re empty upon entry. There are refill stations inside

I always bring a lightweight scarf. Doubles as sun protection during the day and warmth when it gets chilly at night.

Comfortable sh*es are a must. You’ll be on your feet all day. I made the mistake of wearing new boots last year. Never again.

I saw on TikTok that some influencers are packing foldable water bottles and emergency blankets. Not sure about the blankets, though

Emergency blankets can be handy if it gets unexpectedly cold at night. They’re lightweight, so it doesn’t hurt to have one just in case

Anyone else bringing earplugs? Some stages can get really loud, and I’d like to protect my hearing

Earplugs are a great idea. Also, consider bringing some basic first aid items like bandaids and pain relievers.
