Yo, has anyone been following Sosa Jhons lately? His workout content is next level. Dude’s form is always on point, and his nutrition tips are actually practical. I’ve been trying a few of his routines, and they legit burn.

Yeah, I’ve been keeping up with him on Instagram and TikTok. I like how he mixes educational stuff with humor—it makes fitness content way more engaging. His collabs with Matias Ochoa are solid too, but I feel like his OnlyFans stuff gets brought up more than his actual fitness expertise sometimes. Thoughts?

I mean, I get why people talk about his OnlyFans. He’s obviously got the looks and the physique, and fitness modeling is part of his brand. But yeah, I think his real strength is making fitness approachable. His content don’t just show off—they explain why things work.

I actually found him through his nutrition posts! I was skeptical at first, but his diet tips are practical and not just the usual “eat chicken and rice” nonsense. He actually talks about balance, which is refreshing.

Props to him for repping Venezuela too! Not many big fitness influencers from there get the recognition they deserve. I think moving to Mexico gave him more exposure, but he still keeps his roots in his content.

True, but I kinda feel like his social media engagement is dropping. He’s still huge, but some of his posts don’t hit the way they used to. Maybe he’s focusing more on OnlyFans? What do you all think?

Could be, but honestly, the fitness industry is so saturated now. He still has 9.6M followers total across platforms, so clearly people are still watching. I personally think his best collabs are with Reno Gold and Jesse Del Valle—those have been some high-energy posts!

I appreciate his training expertise. You can tell he’s been in the industry for over a decade. A lot of influencers just pose with weights, but Sosa actually knows biomechanics and programming.

Not gonna lie, I mainly follow him for the entertainment. His storytelling videos are hilarious, and his fitness advice is like a bonus. He definitely knows how to keep people engaged, even if they’re not hardcore into working out
