Been following The Sexy PT (Al Warrell) for a while now, and I gotta say, the guy is making waves. Not just with his fitness content, but also on OnlyFans. His collabs are pretty wild too. Anyone else keeping up with his stuff? What’s your take on him?

Yeah, I’ve seen his Instagram and TikTok – dude’s got a solid fitness background, but let’s be real, his adult content is what’s skyrocketing his popularity. I mean, 1.35M+ followers combined is no joke. It’s crazy how influencers are blurring the lines between fitness and adult entertainment.

Honestly, I first came across him through Dreamboys, the UK strip show. His fitness content is good, but his branding as “The Sexy PT” fits perfectly with his OnlyFans. Not mad about it – he’s got the looks and the body to make it work.

Anyone here actually subbed to his OnlyFans? I’ve seen snippets on Twitter (or X, whatever it’s called now). His collabs with guys like Ben Dudman and Josh Watson are getting a lot of hype. I’m wondering if it’s worth it compared to other creators in the same niche.

His TikTok is where I found him first. The dude knows how to use humor and thirst traps to grab attention. It’s kinda refreshing compared to the usual serious fitness influencers. And let’s be honest, his audience is there for both the fitness tips and… other content.

I respect the hustle. The guy knows how to market himself. Being a personal trainer, a performer, and an adult creator? That’s some serious multi-tasking. Plus, let’s not forget he lived with Katie Price during lockdown – that probably gave him a major visibility boost.

Wait, what’s the deal with Katie Price? I totally missed that drama.

Not really drama, but he was staying at her place during lockdown, which got him some extra media coverage. Don’t think there was anything more to it, but it definitely helped his brand.

His OnlyFans content is pretty solid tbh. He does a lot of collabs, which makes it more interesting than solo stuff. If you’re into fitness guys crossing over into adult content, he’s one of the better ones out there.

It’s wild how influencers like him have mastered using different platforms to grow their brand. Instagram for aesthetics, TikTok for viral moments, Twitter for NSFW previews, and OnlyFans for monetization. It’s a full business strategy at this point.

Yeah, but do you think he’s still actually training people, or is “PT” just part of the branding now? A lot of these guys start as fitness influencers and end up fully in the entertainment/adult space.

Good question. I wouldn’t be surprised if he still does some fitness coaching on the side, but OnlyFans is probably where the big money is. Why grind as a PT when you can make bank with premium content?
