Been following Anthony Stefanelli aka @gymnastkid589 since like 2019 when he was just doing fitness and calisthenics vids. Dude’s glow-up has been insane, but lately I’ve noticed a huge shift in his content — like, he’s fully leaned into OnlyFans promo on X and some of the stuff he’s posting isn’t just “fitness lifestyle” anymore 👀
Not judging, just genuinely curious — is this a permanent rebrand? Is he going full adult creator now? I saw that recent collab teaser with Joey Diamond and Thony Grey and it felt more like something you’d see on Men.com than Instagram reels lol.
Also… has anyone subbed to his OF recently? Is it all collabs or solo stuff too?

OMG yesss I’ve been thinking the exact same thing!! 😳🔥 I subbed last week and whewww… he’s NOT shy anymore lmao. It’s not just fitness posing. Full-on scenes. Multiple creators. Real pro-looking stuff. And he still looks insanely good — like, better than ever?? 💪💦
