Tbh, I find Fred a bit overrated. Like, he's got decent content, but nothing groundbreaking compared to some other fitness creators. Just my two cents.

Fair enough, @Ivy_Midnight. But I think Fred’s strength is his authenticity. He doesn't pretend to be perfect, which is refreshing
