What should I do if I can’t regain access to my account?

If you have tried all available recovery options without success, you will need to create a new account. Unfortunately, we cannot restore lost accounts or transfer data from an old account to a new one.

What if I lost access to my email as well?

If you can no longer access the email linked to your Populartica account, we cannot update or change it for you. Try recovering access to your email through your email provider.

What if I forgot my login or email?

If you do not remember your login or registered email, we won’t be able to help you regain access. Please ensure you always keep a record of your login details.

What should I do if I forgot my password?

If you don’t remember your password, use the “Forgot my password” function on the login page to reset it. Follow the instructions sent to your registered email.

I can’t access my account. Can You help me recover it?

Unfortunately, Populartica Team is unable to assist in regaining access to locked accounts. We do not have the ability to verify identities or assign access to an account you may claim as yours.

Can I log out of other devices remotely?

Yes. If you notice any unfamiliar activity, you can force log out other sessions from your Profile settings to secure your account.

Where can I monitor my account activity?

You can review your account activity inside your Profile settings under "Browser Sessions", where you will see recent login attempts and active sessions.

What is Two-Factor Authentication, and should I enable it?

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) adds an additional security step when logging in. Even if someone gets your password, they won’t be able to access your account without the second verification step. You can enable 2FA in your Profile settings for enhanced security.

How often should I change my password?

We encourage you to change your password periodically via your Profile settings to minimize security risks. If you suspect any unauthorized access, update your password immediately.

Am I responsible for protecting my account?

Yes, each user is fully responsible for keeping their account secure and ensuring that no unauthorized parties gain access. You are also accountable for any content posted from your account within the Populartica community.

How can I keep my Populartica account secure?

To protect your account, use a strong and unique password that is different from the ones you use on other platforms. We also highly recommend enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for an extra layer of protection.

Can I delete my account?

Yes, you can delete your account through profile settings. Once you delete your account, there is no option to access it again.
